Tee Abandoned At Farm - Now Beloved Horse...Priceless...

Tee and Thelma...Thelma adopted Tee about 3 weeks ago...looks like he's found his forever home!

Tee was abandoned at a boarding farm in Northern York County and after 6 months, the owner of the farm needed to get him placed...and we give this gentleman a TON of credit!

He took care of Tee, got his feet done, fed him, made sure he was groomed, etc AND tracked me down (we were away, then cell trouble, then sick son etc) and asked for our help...all while trying to track down the dead beat woman who owned him...he followed the rules of playing fair and still lost out on 6 to 8 months board...sigh...

Why can't people take care of their animals and if not, ASK FOR HELP instead of avoiding the issue and putting their horse in danger? The gentleman could have sent Tee off to auction, but he has a kind heart and didn't want to do that, lucky for Tee...others horses have not been so lucky who were in a similar situation.

Kudos to Charlie for taking care of him, Kudo's to our favorite Parelli Student/Instructor Amy for offering him a ride and refusing to accept a penny, and of course, Kudo's to Thelma for taking this sweet guy into her heart and home!

Baby New Year!

Update on Baby New Year:

Baby New Year was seen by our vet, Dr. Trevor Wells, and is a 1.5 on the equine body scale.

She is in very bad shape, but has a spark in her and I am wondering if she isnt going to be a firecracker when she recovers!

More pics to be added soon...

Please keep her in your thoughts...

Luvie & Other Brief Updates!

I am sorry for the delay in getting the blogs out. My son has been going through some medical issues and we have been running ragged between docs and tests and moving horses around and all that jazz!! I will be more prompt in the future!

Luvie is doing great in his new home with Jenna and Russ. Jenna told me last night that Luvie just absolutely adores Russ and comes running whenever he sees him! We love happy endings like that, she will also be sending us a picture of him soon. She has been taking great care of him and she said his coat is AMAZINGLY shiny!! We are so happy for Luvie and his new family!!

Boo Boo Baby is coming back into Angel Acres from his 3 months of foster training and already has a showing scheduled. Wonderful family that has been waiting for just the right horse...we think Boo Boo may be the one!

Miss Kitty...we will have video of her on Weds...well, we will have it on Tues, but everyone knows I could get lost in a shoe box so I will say Weds to be safe! LOL! She is doing great and Libby will ride her and we will post that video with her listing.

Hay Hay continues to thrive in his foster home with Catherine!

We have 2 new horses coming in from just down the road and will be listing those guys asap...

Finally..,keep your eyes peeled for the Calories of Love Crew,..our newest available hores...

Cup O' Cuddles
